Landair Property Advisors is Hiring an Investment Sales Associate Near New York, NY
COMMISSION ONLY! YOU DETERMINE HOW MUCH YOU CAN MAKE, SKY IS THE LIMIT!
As Sales Associate, you will be responsible for generating all exclusives within the region that you are assigned. You will be responsible for coordinating and co-leading all meetings and conference calls with your Sales Director. Your day-to-day operations will include cold calling, cold emailing, client meetings, and deal negotiations. Compensation is 100% commission based and there is no ceiling on potential earnings.
You will be provided with all marketing templates, personalized operations manual, and customer relationship management systems. As Sales Associate, you will be an instrumental member of your Territory Team and will work hand-in-hand with your other team members in order to create an efficient development site marketplace.
The position will begin with a (2) week training program where you will be taught all aspects of Real Estate Investment Sales, contract negotiations, real estate development terms, as well as Landair’s various operating systems, to be done in conjunction with NY State Real Estate Coursework. Landair will cover all fees associated with your real estate license.
This is a full-time in-office position located on 30th & 7th in NYC.
